The Director of the National Baptist Student Union Retreat would like to officially invite you to the 68th National BSU Retreat’s annual session to convene March 22 – 24, 2012 at The Peabody Hotel, Three Stationhouse Plaza, Little Rock, AR 72201. This year’s theme is ” Accept the Cross”  ( First Corinthians 1:18).

A $70.00 per person registration is required and includes registration materials, T-shirt, all student sessions and the President’s Banquet. The fee is non-refundable once paid.

Hotel room cost (Thursday-Saturday—1-4 persons per room) is $109.00 per night plus tax (currently 15%). All groups participating in the competitions are required to register and stay at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to access a $50.00 fee if you check out before the reserved check-out date.

The Hotel “cut-off” date for room reservation is Monday, February 20, 2012.

The National Director is urging all attendees to have all fees paid to the National Office by Monday, March 5, 2012. The hotel requires fees paid before we arrive. Let’s be vigilant and purposeful.
